- Follow the Inquiry-Action Coaching Process; a proven method that provides you with a fresh perspective on oneself.
- Will Enhance self-insight and share proven methods to respond to challenges faced by the client.
- Dedicate time to focus on oneself to identify potential, set goals, and work towards them.
A pre-consultation meeting (Free 15mins) will establish a coach and coachee fit. Thereafter, a mutual agreement will be reached between us to meet for 12 1-hour sessions, approximately weekly.
The Inquiry-Action Coaching Process (IACP)...
- Leads the client through self-examination and personal development.
- Grounded in a recurring cycle of reflecting.
